Hi density, I'm very sorry you were disappointed, the parcel did go out for you on Wednesday, I thought that would be enough time, sorry! Because you were disappointed and I kept you waiting so long I will give you a refund now, just keep the candle when it turns up with my apologies.

Nic, I am going to make some raspberry melts tomorrow and then yours will be done

Mum it was a bakewell tart, mmmm, I've just got a new mould, am excited it makes an empty pie shell, looks a lot nicer than the picture of my bakewell tarts, so will have a play with it tomorrow, it will probably be the week after Easter if thats ok?

My Dad and his wife and my Gran are coming to stay over Easter weekend sooo I am going to have a long weekend off! How exciting I will work really hard this week to try to get as up to date as I can, I really am sorry for people that have been kept waiting. It's been bedlam here, trying to sort all these candles out, keep up to date with what oil I have in stock and just being a mum and a housewife! I am very thankful for all this custom and how amazingly well my site has gone and I just wish I wasn't keeping anyone waiting!

Have you thought about putting a permanent notice someone on your site to allow your self an approximate delivery time.

i.e. your order should be with you in X days although if we can make it sooner will will endevour to do so.

Just wanted to say thanks so much for my wax melts, I got them today and they are sooo scrummy! It took me ages to decide which ones to give to my mum and which to keep, I wanted to keep them all! Anyway mum was really pleased with hers, especially the jammy dodgers and the gorgeous little gingerbread man (so cute!) and I can't wait to try one of my banoffee pies, mm-mmmm!

Thank you for the little extra too, what a lovely unexpected treat!

They were well worth the wait, and I think your packaging and little note cards are beautiful too. When you're less busy I will be back for more, I'm sure!

Good idea GF to have a note on your site to say order will be with you within 28 days or whatever.Then peeps know what the wait is.
Its then if you go over that time for whatever reason that peeps will get impatient.

I think people enquiring about their orders should really be contacting the Good Fairy direct. This thread is just turning into people asking how long its going to be. Fair enough if you want to post saying if you are pleased with your order or not as that lets other people know about the service but you didnt make your order through this site so in my opinion you really shouldnt enquire about it on here either.
