Ah thank you @Queen_of_the_Hive I hope so!
so today. I’m going to pick the children up in half an hour. My early client cancelled which is a pain but I was glad of the extra sleep. Super groggy this morning! Think I have a cold….
so I think we’re going to go Pumpkin picking and we’ll decorate our pumpkins. And I think I might make some Halloween cookies with them.Really need to sort out some Xmas shopping before the rush starts. Will
maybe look online later tonight. Have work tonight at 1945 for an hour but at home. Going to try and get my other work done at some point. I’m just really struggling in motivation at the moment.
I feel pretty ropey though if I’m honest, everyone seems to have a cold at the moment!
Will do a financial update at some point. Have a couple of bids on eBay stuff which is good. Not a lot though 😢 but there’s still time!
hopw you’re all ok2 -
Don't waste the pumpkin flesh, I used some recently to make this lovely soup

Hi lovely people, I hope you’re all ok. Well the baby shower went well, I ended up spending so much money in the end but will hopefully get some from OH. Spent yesterday exhausted and doing very little apart from eating biscuits and sitting on the sofa watching Christmas films. Did get some Christmas shopping done though.
My eBay stuff sold but only for £80, I’m shocked as usually the sort of stuff I sold goes for a lot more.
Will be at work until 2, training and working but after I’m going to come home and sort washing and on the way home I’ll pop into lidl.3 -
So yesterday didn’t go to plan. The car failed it’s MOT so OH had to pick me up and I felt so Coldy and I’ll by the end of the day I just went home to bed. Haven’t been shopping, OH went to Coop and got us some bits but I’ll need to go to lidl today. Car is going to cost a few hundred to fix, OH is going to pay as he’s been doing some extra work thank goodnessI’m still full of cold and can’t stop sneezing! But I’ve got meetings all morning and I’ll try and fit some training in. I’ve got to take the hire tables back at some point today and pick the children up from school, I think they want to go to the library so need to facilitate that. Need to go through presents and see what else I need for Roos birthday next weekend.
Need to keep an eye on spending, money hasn’t been good this month, takings from the business yesterday we’re tiny. So need to have a look at what I can strip back to afford Xmas.2 -
I have deleted this and my other post. Everything got a bit close to home and I realised that I was telling too much of my personal life when I shouldn’t be really. It’s not what this forum is about. I really thank you all for your kind words, I’m going to take a step back now and try and sort my life out. Thanks xx

I’m so sorry Missy, it must be an awful shock. Speaking as someone who has been through a very messy divorce, you can cope with anything life throws at you. You are stronger than you can imagine and sometime in the future you will be happy and settled and relieved that it happened. Look after your interests and fight for everything, I didn’t and I was robbed blind. I do regret being too worn down to fight for what was mine. So make sure you go through everything, take copies of all assets and fight for compensation for loss of earnings if you no longer have a job. You worked hard to build his business so may be owed some of it. Get some good legal advice. You can do this ♥️Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

Sorry @missymoo81 I saw this earlier and wanted to say something, but have never experienced anything like it so had no idea what may make it better or worse. Rooting for you though and be strong. You'll pull through.Your first post in the thread said you paid off some of his debts when you started out... maybe you're entitled to something back from that too. Not the most important thing right now though I guess.2
