@slm6002 that is a thought. I might see about that. I think that would help! Thank you.

If you think there is a chance you might be B12 deficient (it's very common!), it's worth getting a B12 spray. Make sure it's Cyanocobalamin, this form is more effective at treating deficiency than Methylcobalamin. High-dose Cyanocobalamin sprays (and it must be a spray, not a tablet!) have proven just as effective at treating deficiency as injections. Usually costs around £12 for a 3 month supply so why not try it.
You cannot overdose on B12 because it is water soluble so you just pee out any excess. Many supplements are crazy high percentages of the RDA (like 10,000%) because B12 conversion can be very poor in some people so very high doses are recommended by dieticians now.
(Source: am vegan, spent at least a week researching B12 when I first became so and keep on top of current nutritional advice to make sure my vegan children's nutritional needs are met).
    Starting debt 2018: £26,000

@Debt_Me_Out_Of_Here thank you so much, I really appreciate your message. My sister is deficient. I absolutely will look into that!

argh argh got no sleep Last night. Just couldn’t sleep, probably just worry for today. I have to go to the university sports area today and teach classes to teenagers. Quite a scary prospect it’s back to back teaching for 4 hours with 20 minutes break!

I just need to get through today. Then sleep! OH goes away again tomorrow for 5 days. Might actually get some sleep though as I tend to fo to bed super late with him.

so I’m sat outside drinking tea, trying To relax but May is talking non stop!

    Ok…… day done!

Was a VERY busy, VERY hectic tiring day on no sleep. It went well and made £120 after I actually invoice them.

Toaster person has ignored my messages as I suspected! But in good news. OH had toast earlier and he said that the toaster worked?! 🤷🏻‍♀️ So I’m hoping it’s fixed.

OH went and got ready meals for dinner, children are in bed and I’m just waiting for the oven to ping then I’m going to have that and bread and then have tea and chocolate biscuits.

It seems to be a modern thing.  Turn something off then turn it back on & lo & behold it works again.  Must be the electricity version of abracadabra!

@badmemory I think you might be right. That always reminds me of the tv show The IT Crowd!

so sat outside with a cuppa whilst the cats run around the garden for a bit. OH I’d on his way to work away for a few days so it’s just me and the children.

I’m free until 2 today! I’m not sure what I’m going to do, I have written myself a big long list it’s just whether I do that or slob about drinking tea……. I’m at work 2-5.30. So I have 5 hours, there’s part of me that thinks, wow think of all the things I could achieve, then there’s the other part of me that thins, wow think of all that tv I could watch, eating biscuits and drinking tea on the sofa, because I really deserve it. I need to come up with a compromise in my head!
