Payslips whilst on furlough

Hi just a little update. I rang the accountant who to be quite frank made me feel like an idiot and spoke down to me as if I was one. Asked how I’d calculated it, I said I didn’t need to the figures you’re putting in are showing on my tax account which he had no idea existed. He told me my employer wouldn’t have any idea that there was payslips or how it all works, why would she. I said well I asked all this from day one and asked her to find out how it works etc from yourself. Her reply was he won’t be in his office and he won’t have a breakdown which is untrue as you have just told me you do know how it’s broken down. He was very rude and abrupt and made me feel like I was the problem. Told me I was causing issues that didn’t need to be caused! I asked him to forward her payslips so we could have them. He said he’ll try and sort it out!! He basically backed her every move, she couldn’t do no wrong. He said there is a 6-8 day delay which is why it looks like there is a discrepancy. I said well now that was easy why couldn’t we have been told that by the employer, he said she wouldn’t know that!! I won’t apologise for sending her a letter as instructed by ACAS asking for my money. As an employer it’s her duty to find out this info for her staff not us to be ringing around. After all it’s not like she’s working all week. She does two days of takeaways. It’s showing up early on my tax account but I was paid what I calculated to be correct between weeks 1-7 but the last week of may and now this coming Friday is considerably lower. I just don’t understand. I do set hours. He said it’s goes on an average but if that’s the case then why isn’t mine the same each week
we need our payslips so we can see what the hell is going on because I’m extremely confused0
