Have you thought about using your mobile? Some phones have a stopwatch facility hidden away in there. Which is quite handy, because you can look like you're texting whilst queuing, so it's not too obvious.

You really don't need a stopwatch - no-one is that precise! I have a stopwatch sent to me by Gap, but honestly a watch with a second hand is just as good!!!!

Yes, I have used the PM facility. Does anyone on this forum have any special suggestions for things I should try to get across? I know they want to hear my experiences, but I feel some loyalty to you regular posters...... (My plan is to stress that it's not easy money, and my motivations for doing it are quite different - which is true of course, although the small amount of money I earn for it is nice! I'm NOT trying to attract the whole world to MSing!)

Not sure when it's going to be broadcast - the series is on Wednesday nights, channel 5 at 7.30, but you probably already knew that. There is a special board about it - http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.html?f=33

Well done chocbutton I thought about it for....1 second but then thought I would be way too shy and thought if they show me on tv I would get funny looks everywhere! |But didn't even think about getting my face blanked LOL! Good luck and I will watch out for you!
But yes you do need to put across that its not easy money/tax implications etc

In regards to the 'gym' game we are playing I am sure I now have the word *pir*t but I am still just as clueless! I am just guessing as I live no-where near a city, that this place is just no-where near me therefore I have never heard of it! I do like the sounds of that rather than just being dumb!
Mystery shopping can be hard for me, I hear 20+ sandwich shops in RE now! I look and theres 1, as there is only 1 within 15-20 miles of me! I'm moving at the end of the year, hopefully near all these fab places to MS!!

Tax question - hey guys - just a quick question - If i have been doing Ms for the last 2 months do I need to do the tax return thing by the end of the month? Or will this be in the next tax year? Also does anyone have the number i need to phone on?

I live in a city and had never heard of this health club, had to goggle it, all the pub jobs are going quick on RE, but i have to say i am not to keen on this new multi colour layout. Sure I will get used to it. Good luck with the move

How odd, I booked a pub meal from RE last night, booked the date etc and now its gone from my list of active assignments and I notice that some of the pub jobs and now changed dates on the search list - so the date I picked would now be useless??? I know it def said 28/1 - 3/2 as you can only do job at the weekend and the first I could pick was 2/2??
Pretty miffed now as the job I had has gone and it was going to be my last Mshop for a while!

Edit - As I have no jobs booked now I am officially stopping MS until after baby has arrived, I will still pop on here to keep up with the news etc so you won't get rid of me that easily :rotfl:
