hollypear, I need someone to come round and polish my artificial lawn. I'll pay you £2.50 plus half your trainfare from Glasgow to Devon. The questionnaire consists of mainly y/n answers with two comment boxes.............
    :rotfl:

No probs Sinderalla. Would you like me to assess the train on my way down to you.. And in RE fashion would you like your lawn A) same level of shinyness as your neighbours B) You want to see your face in it. C) You want your postie landing on his bum next time he sneaks across it.

Hey guess what I am looking at your Gala bingo wins under your posts. I got a begging email today to do the one in ******* a large Ayrshire town but miles from Glasgow. I thought nah the fee wouldn't begin to cover the petrol. So I did another one tonight and guess what when arrived all the staff were bursting with the news as we went in. Someone in the Ayrshire ****** Gala club won the high fives this afternoon on number 5 so scooped the lot. £250,000. Aaaaaarggggghhh.

Timings are a pain for fast food! Personally, I use the lap time feature on my mobile. I stick this in my coat pocket (keep hands in pockets unless required to take them out) and discreetly click the lap button at the timing points. If you feel you need to make notes during the assignment then I'd wait until you sit down and then put digits into a crossword or sodoku in the paper. I bet everyone on here has a different method - just do what feels comfortable.

    HTH :D

Thanks for this Cookingmummy - i find it really tricky getting the timings, but no more!

    Quick question:

Is there a limit to the amount of jobs you can apply foro n BARE? I've seen quite a few that are convenient for me and that I am more than able to undertake.

What I mean is does it look bad? Am I less likely to be offered anything?

I have only just recently signed up with them and am about to undertake my first shop for them on Thursday...........

Talk about sods law, I've been trying for months to get jobs with Assosia, and got accepted for 2 easy ones this morning which would have suited me down to the ground ... my daughter was sick in the night so nowI can't do them.

I have emailed to explain, and said hopefully I can do them tomorrow, and I just hope they don't think I'm pulling a fast one!

Did a Stamp shop for Gap yesterday. Visited the shop for the second time - the date it was originally scheduled for, last Wednesday afternoon, it was closed!

Anyhow, went yesterday, it was open, so I made my stamp purchase, then went on to ask the question I was meant to ask, and the assistant didn't ask about the other product she was meant to mention and I was meant to purchase. So does this mean I won't get the extra reimbursement, or will Gap pay anyway?

    Thanks

Ooh jobs on GFK from the mobile phone store that used to be on Gap

Did anyone else get the questionnaire from Gap about the mobile phone store and what you thought about the jobs?

I said they were the same every month, and the scenario was easy for the member of staff to recognise and that I felt very obvious as a MS-er each time.

The exact same thing happened to me a couple of weeks ago. I filled out the form and explained in the box that the woman never tried to sell the thing she was supposed to etc. Gap have not come back to me querying it - and I think they would have by now - just have to see on pay day!?
