You put that in the comments box and they are normally okay. I've found with gapbusters, they will try it on, if you are forthright with them they are normally quite reasonable and I haven't been sacked (yet!). You could follow it up with an email reminding them that you could have complained (it is your right to have a receipt), but you didn't want to risk exposing yourself as a mystery shopper.

This is just what works for me, I'm sure others do things differently and you will have to learn what works out best for you.

A sound piece of advice. Thanks.

*cough* client name in your post! *cough*

I wasn't aware that they MS'd online deliveries?
When I did a phone delivery one I only got a card receipt, but I put in the data as usual.
I don't think they usually check receipts (in my experience), but you could just upload a copy of the email if that's how they do it for the online deliveries.

I did an online delivery , I did get a receipt, so don't think the delivery person was right in saying the email is your receipt, maybe just upload the email as proof you did purchase it.

Has anyone else not been paid from Gap this month? Im not sure whether its worth raising a query with them of its just a delay that everyone is having?

    Thanks.

I imagine the delay is down to the Bank Holiday, but I'm expecting a payment too and haven't had it yet either. HTH

Just been catching up on the board!

I too have done the new car survey. Gosh - that's hard work for the money. I have found negotiating for real much easier! Then it's remembering all the questions that you are supposed to ask. What with the travelling and then filling out the survey!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No wonder people don't want to do it.

Doing a burger bar etc is so much easier and you are not starving all day!

I should find out tomorrow what I'm supposed to do about the 2nd visit. But, you are right - it is by far the most stressful assignment to date!
