  • Thanks for that, you were right - and the red box turns green - duh! It was a long day..

Don't worry, it's their mistake! I was stuck for ages trying to describe what I had bought in less than 10 letters!
I'm getting older, and lifes getting harder!

Hiya hoping someone can help with a XE GAPbusters issue...

am having problems printing out the paperwork for an assignment. Have logged into website, clicked on WebExpress, entered assignment number then gone to print out the paperwork. the form looks fine online. then i just click File at the top taskbar, then Print...

its only printing out the first page of content (content should fit over 5 pages). the other 4 pages are coming out of the printer blank, apart from http:// address, time and date.

can anyone throw some light on this your help would be most appreciated

Hi Hollypear! Did you think they were worth doing? I saw the OC ones & have considered them - I think the dates work out OK for her next Comp.
Enjoy your meal & drink - I know where you mean but have not been in there for a while. We'll have to have a coffee sometime!

auntypog - RE are going to know who you are now that you havw posted what you wrote on your questionaire. I think most people will tell them about the fees but who knows if they will take any notice.

I don't mind them knowing I'm auntypog. I have nothing to hide! (Except all the mystery shopping, of course...)

Jen, are you using Firefox? If yes you will have to switch to Internet Explorer for the reports as the reports are not designed for Firefox.

I can't enter my TNS expenses in Firefox either - have to nip into IE for that too.

Luckily it works to simply copy and paste the link for the pay claim. :)

I find it very annoying though. The companies should realise that there are people who don't want to use IE.

Ooooooo - thanks for the tip (which of course TNS have never told me).

I've lost count of the number of times I've asked them when they are going to make their site Firefox friendly.....

I am just back from a pub chain with food which is Uk wide. Girl at bar never smiled, took 5 minutes to even glance at us and then served a guy to our left who already had a pint half drunk. Then we got the "What would you like" with the sort of tone you would use telling you the world is going to blow up any minute.

In Scottish parlance she had a face like "She had just fell down through the lum" (Think Billy Connelly here)

I hat having to report stuff like this especially as in the toilet they have ajob advert with pics of UK wide employees all saying how they love working for this chain and they get bonuses for excellent customer service. There was no cleaning list notice either in the toilet. No fresh flowers on the bar. These are all in the briefing notes.

I once all but got called a liar in a bingo for telling it like it was by the manager who denied everything ie people clogging up the entrance smoking, She said she checked the CCTV and that wasn't true.

But what are we there for if not to report accurately but I hate to think I may get this waitress into trouble.

Oh the joys of MS'ing eh. It's the great support I have had on here from all of you though that makes me feel I am not alone. Your support is invaluable and I thank every one of you.

Holly, why should you feel sorry for the waitress if she hasn't done her job properly? I would say it's her own fault.

I used to work in customer service and had bad days too. But I always made sure that I still treated my customers with respect. After all the customers ensured my wages. ;)
