Sorry but you are not allowed to ring Gapbuster. You'll just have to keep sending emails or someone might post a direct email address of someone who can help.
Have the people with no reimbursements on GFK train ticket jobs had any payments yet? I've had one small payment go in on Friday, but it doesn't tally up with any of the reimbursements I was expecting
Just seen your sig - happy birthday to Charlotte Jane!!0 -
Maybe it's just me being naive, but I don't see why the MS companies can't see that the MSer doesn't have any reason to write negative reports unless there was a genuine reason for it.
And that the more likely reason a manager/ company is doubting a report is just becasue it shows them in a bad light and they don't like that. You know what they say - the truth hurts.0 -

I've been to training sessions before and have seen it all. Business, smart, smart casual, casual and very, very casual - ripped jeans, damaged shoes, etc.
Personally I go smart to smart casual. After all I'm meeting reps of companies I'm working for and who probably want to get an idea too of how I would dress for an audit. The reps I've met so far also wore business, smart and smart casual.0 -

Good morning everyone!
I have been 'shopping' for about 18 months now but just wondered if anyone can offer a bit of advice on telephone survey work. I am signed up to a MS company that offers to pay xx for each survey completed, asking customers about their experience of a service they have received, and on paper/screen this looks pretty good.
Have any of you tried it out? I only ask as I would need to buy a headset I think, and don't want to waste time and money if noone ever wants to complete the surveys, or if you only manage to average one an hour, the money then begins to look a bit rubbish!!
Any advice/info gratefully received :T0 -
Grassroots aren't even offering me certain companies anymore - one of which is a phone shop who they still offer to my girlfriend (so I know they still have the contract) - something tells me they've barred me from doing them as I submitted a negative report once a while back
Remember newbies, if you want to keep your job, only submit GOOD reports which are sure to give the MSing company the minimum of grief from the client!
Hi
I have put a few negative reports in for GR about a certain supermarket and they are fine with me. Can I ask why would the MSing co. get the grief from the client as it is not their fault if the staff aren't up to scratch.0 -
Just because the managers of the store being shopped get bonuses (generally) and when the report says on of their staff (or even themselves) didn't ask a certain question or do something they should have, they'll question it.
Questions would automatically go to the MSing company to query the report with the shopper as the managers would insist that they're right and the shopper is wrong. Due to the contract being worth a lot to the MSing company, they'd rather upset the shopper than the client so are happy to bother us!0 -

Ah........thanks Timmne for that. I did put a glowing one in the other day though for a certain store. The staff were absolutely fabulous and couldn't be more friendly or helpful. It might have had something to do with it being newly opened though!0
