  • I sent GFK an email marked as UGENT!! and got a reply after a few hours:

    Hi newmoneysaver,

We have looked into this query and your ticker refunds should have been included on your last payment. Please accept our apologies for this error.

We are working to get this issue resolved as soon as possible. We have added an additional pay date for this month specifically for ticket refunds so that you do not have to wait until the next monthly payment.

    Regards,

    Kristian

    Or lack thereof.
I have emailed them four times over the last week or so and have yet to get a response.
    anyone else having problems:confused:

Yes I am having problems with them. Sent several emails about incorrect payment and shops that are no longer there and I have only had one response which annoyed me asking what the assignment number I was referring to when it clearly says in the email they have responded to if they would just read it!.

Yes they have been ignoring me too:mad: . I don't mind so much when they ignore all of my emails about rejected assignments but when it's about incorrect payments it is very annoying.

Just checked Gfk and realised I've been underpaid for quite a large train ticket :( Left a message on their payroll voicemail, anyone had any experience of this before?

I did a few jobs so they owe me hundereds of pounds. They said that the tickets did not arrive until after the 17th, so they were not included in the payment run.

I can't understand how that happened, as I posted them promptly after the jobs and it's odd that all of the envelopes were delayed.

They told me I wouldn't get the reimbursement until payment on the 25th May, although I've read newmoneysaver's post saying we might get payment earlier.

I'm also missing reimbursements for two RE jobs to an electrical retailer. It was showing in my list as the fee but £0 reimbursement. I was told it would be fixed but they haven't fixed it, and the payment that they have sent doesn't include the reimbursements.
Here I go again on my own....

    Morning!

I have signed up with BAI and applied for a few jobs. Can anyone tell me how much notice they usually give if you are successful? I understand they don't let you know if you don't get the job?

    Thanks.

As I say to everybody....persist with RE.

I think they must work with shockingly poor systems, so just keep calling and checking and it will get sorted once you force the issue!!!

I had a number of situations for failed visits but have eventually got paid, they will raise a payment query to get it sorted.
  • I know the scoring system of RETAIL EYES is meant to be insignificant and unimportant, but I'm sorry, regardless of what they say, they must use it, because they spend the time editing the points for every query etc so they wouldn't put that manpower into it if they weren't planning at least to use it in the future.

I think that they say that they ain't using it to us shoppers so that we don't kick off everytime they "wrongly" deduct points because of their incompetence.

Therefore, if you are willing, I would be interested on the points everyone else have????? I have been with them about 18 months, not done loads of jobs. I very much doubt I have a very high total, i'm sure there is others more dedicated than me, i'm just intrigued, guess its the competitive edge in me (I am male afterall)

My points total is............around 1200 (however without their wrong deductions it would be about 1400!!!

Come on people, you workaholics who grab all the assignments, show yourselves???????? :)

    Mine's around 600 :D

(everybody be careful about stating your exact points just in case RE are watching and manage to link your user name with your account!)
  • Good point Timmne, I doubt they are that on the ball but good point nevertheless!!!!

I must admit, I expected more from you!!! haha (didn't mean that in a disappointed sense) lol
