My payment has disappeared again from my homepage on RE. The payment doesn't go in till the 30th - does it usually disappear this early? It's gone from my payments pending page too. It's in the payment history page but then next to the date 30/04 it says £0.00?

Checked my bank this morning and it hasn't gone in.

    Morning people...

Have checked my emails before heading off to work this morning and had an email from Gap saying that my pizza place assignment is not going to be accepted due to me ordering an "invalid" item! No word of what the item was just a stern email telling me off!

Extremely annoyed about this as I went with my bf and two kids and it ended up costing us near £40 which we never would have done normally. I read the notes really carefully before hand and ordered a garlic bread, salad bowl, chicken medium pan (no pineapple) and two refillable drinks! The only thing I can think of is that my bf ordered a half and half which it says on the notes not to order, but I assumed that was just for me and not for the party as a whole? It specifically says in the notes that you can bring other people along, to a maximum of four, and eat together as a group, but you can only assess the food items ordered for the assignment - which I did. I even uumed and asshed about ordering one of the "special" pizzas for me, but it says "you can order all available pizzas and toppings on the menu" so I took it that this was ok?...

    Anyone have any clue?

I'm even more pee'd pff as I had an "urgent" call from Gap yesterday offering me two "urgent" jobs to do by close of play today. I already have an evening meal one booked for today which I was planing on enjoying with the bf and the two "urgent" ones will seriously eat into my time and travel today, but agreed to do them as they were "urgent" and they've offered me more money. I've emailed them back, stating exactly what I've ordered and asking for further information by 3.00 pm today. Yes, it's cos I've got the hump with them because of this, but also because I would appreciate a better email from them with details, rather than an automated reply which is quite rude. Te way I see it, they want a personal response from us which they are strict about getting, so it's onyl fair that they extend the same courtesy to us.

I'm also not prepared to travel all over town on a Friday afternoon in rush hour to do "urgent" jobs for them if they can't be bothered to get back to me within eight hours. It's made me very nervous about doing jobs for them until I know what I've done wrong!?

Sorry for the rant, but am fuming!!!!

    xx

So you should - I mean, to put so much effort into looking after their shoppers only to be dealt this hand, it's horrendous! ;)
They've been good to me :o! The've answered my mail, rescheduled job for me last minute, gave me extra nice work, paid when shop was shut or I was not served and I never had to chase them for payments. I also like that they put their work out once a month and you can reschedule as much as you like without being penalised. Yes the pay is low but the reports are quick!

Has anyone been paid by Grass Routes today?
The payments went out on 21 April. Should have been in account by today, but nothing in yet.

Retailers changing MS agencies seems a waste of time - (like changing cleaning contractors) - as although the agency may change, the mystery shoppers visiting are all likely to be the same ones, as it seems to make a go of it, shoppers are allowed to work for all the different agencies!

I guess they just change for cost cutting reasons - it must be easy for the MS companies to offer cheaper deals than their competitors, bearing in mind the tiny payments they all seem to be making to the workers!

Did your pizza has two toppings? You state Chicken but your pizza but have a minimum of two toppings.

Theirs will probably be closer to the end of the month - ignore when they say they paid it; it's irrellevant!

As Timne said, it's not going to be paid into your account until the 30th at least. The query you have is for something else

Yeah sorry I should have been more specific in my post - it was one of the "special" pizzzas so had four toppings (at least)...
