i joined abai and saw alot of shop logos but when i log in i only get one shop logo and its a store i don't have in my area? is that because there is no work at present in others stores at present?

You have to register with each company with abai.

I have get emails from abai with different store explaining what to do next. I have been with abai for a while now, but not done any shops for them yet though. Some people that have worked for them might be able to help more. It did take a while for the emails to start to come through though.

samtastic - is that the name of a shop, or the name of the group which owns several different shop brands?

I did one job for them, last month. I did have one email from them about jobs for a certain company, but when I logged on there weren't any jobs for them, anywhere in the country. I occasianally log on and see a few jobs around the country, but I wouldn't rely on the emails to let you know.

Does anyone whose done an underground RE food shop know if you have to eat it instore, or can you take it away?

What really bugs me is when the MSing company feel they have to verify things with you (something seasprite mentioned) as they immediately think you're the one who's wrong, not the greedy manager who's trying to maximise their bonus! :mad:

I did a Pizza job recently, where the service and food was pretty good, but the negative part of the report was the behaviour of the Manager and a senior member of staff, there was obviously a dispute going on between the Manager and cook which ended up with the Manager being totally verbally abusive towards all kitchen staff calling them effing !!!!!, this could be heard by all customers.

Of course, my report got queried straight away, first they denied they had a member of staff called "sophie", then they denied there was a table where I said I sat, then they said the Manager wasn't in that day. So I then provided my trump card and went on to describe further about what the staff were up to and a member of staff had a wrap over top which the Manager undid from the back, leaving the shirt to untie, all of this was directly under the cctv camera and I suggested Head Office looked at the this before the store did.

I have since been paid and no further questions asked. I also provided a photo of the front of the store, which I took after the visit as I knew there would be a query.

As for the burger joints, I do one where they know who I am, I know they know, but nothing is ever said, they know I give fair and honest reports and if something is wrong, they believe me and act on changing the negative to a positive, the result is, they have a shopper who is honest and reliable and also gets excellent service when not working as they never know when I am :j . GAP ask me time after time to go there and each time, I say they know who I am, but I have been told, that until I am actually asked if I am their mystery shopper or the store tells GAP they know, they are happy for me to still do the jobs.

They have 3 Managers at this store and IMHO they are using me to their best advantage which is not reporting me to GAP. Better the devil you know

I have an assignment with OC and it’s my first job for them and I am a little nervous. When I go to record the call it asks for a 4 digit pin number. Can anyone point me in the direction of where I can find this number?

Try reading the Client Information pdf

Usually the PIN is in the first paragraph...
