Everyone has probably thrown their pc out of the window from fustration trying to get onto GAP.
i have still not managed to get on gap, been trying since 9.30 this morning, I'm going to give up !!

You would think that a big global company like that would have servers that could cope with the extra 'traffic' that goes through the site when the put all their jobs on. I don't know why they put them all on at the same time, just clogs things up and makes it unfair for those that can't get on the site.

I've been tryng to log into GAP for about 3 hours now, on and off. I did get in once, got to the jobs, added one to the basket, and when I clicked to see page 2 of the jobs, the whole thing hanged and I haven't got back in since. I bet when I get in now the job I wanted will have gone :-(. Rubbish! Never have this prob with GFK (yet)!

THAT IS IT - if i stay here looking at a white blank screen on the GAP website any longer, I am going to go mad. I thorght i would give it a bit longer to respond but its no use , i have only managed to get to the page before the jobs. I am off.... by the time i get back all the jobs will be gone. AARRHH

tiger I wouldn't bother hun ! I've just got onto the site only to find that there is nothing (YES NOTHING!) in my area. Now I cover quite a wide area from Brighton, Bognor, Worthing and Chichester and all the inbetweens and there is diddly squat ! I can't believe it ! Absolutely fed up now and even if there were suddenly 100 jobs appear I'm not sure i'd do them !

I did it yesterday, it seems long but is not really that bad. The answers don't have to be particularly long or detailed, just concise.

Well as much fun as it has been trying to get into GAP all morning, I have to admit defeat and call it quits. Have a proper job to go to! Good luck to everyone else!

In response to the 'payslips from GAP' questions - if you email Matt and ask him nicely, he will send you payslips! (They are not terribly informative, though - I don't remember them listing the jobs but don't have one in front of me as I write :rolleyes:)
