I made a thread about this before seeing this thread, but could anyone please tell me which company recently did mystery shops in a burger shop (not the usual burger chain, the other "royal" one :P)?

Have you ever walked into a store and the sales person was behaving so unprofessionally and inappropriately that he made your blood boil?
I went to shop for a phone and this staff was "making the wrong kind of eye contact" that for a moment I thought I was the one wearing a name badge! I have no idea how to report this!?!
