Not sure why everyone's struggling to get into GAP, I've been going in all day without issues!

    (sorry :D)

Was OK for me first thing but not been able to get in since

I was wondering about doing some bookie ones but I think I'd feel a bit out of place and not know what I was doing too. I saw loads in the feeding frenzy that was the other evening but was too chicken to sign up to one I don't normally see them so I imagine they go faster than the petrol ones. Might have to do a non 'official' visit with boyfriend to see how it all works.

    Jesus!

Have just finished my TNS questionnaire...

Apparently, since I started, I now have two kids, drive a Volvo and GAPbuster have installed a phone...

Thanks Tractorgirl for encouraging me ;)

    :D
  • They are not the sleazy style places of the past! I haven't been in one for about a year, but they are cosy, clean and friendly. I only do the odd basic bet and the staff are always helpful as I am a bit clueless. I think you would be ok, good idea to visit first and see. I haven't done one as an assignment yet as I read the brief and thought I would get a bit of experience first. There seemed to be quite a bit to remember, but I think once you have done one, it will be easier.
    p.s I am a woman.;)

Thanks Seasprite - I'm quite comfortable with most of the type of shops I do now which I think is part of the problem so its just moving out of my comfort zone thats a bit scary again! However saying that I'm doing a travel one soon which is a new one for me but that doesn't seem so daunting!

Must be the MS effect - I just updated my RE profile and found I had 3 kids mentioned - I'm sure I wouldn't have put them in myself for any 'undercover' reasons so goodness knows where they came from.
  • I have only been MSing since Saturday, but I am really enjoying it. It reminds me of the early days in my proper job (now on a career break), when I was happy to do it for free!
I have a spring in my step and feel better for having a bit of earning power again.(as well as something else to talk about rather than home matters).:j
So thanks everyone. I will try and add useful info from time to time to return the favour.

That's exactly how I feel and I've been MSing since June!

Don't think you are allowed to ask those kind of questions.
Saying that if you go to the RE homepage, they actuallly name a client who has appointed them to improve customer service.
