after the fiasco in preston where i got my ex owner(meeyow) Mr T whitehouse removerd from all counsil property in preston (boy was it fun) I actually have a printed letter from Preston council stating that no land owned by "the council" would be employing PPCs any more
    define "the council"?
haha. Sounds like 'the council' have shot themselves in the foot there. The dangers of not being explicit! Reminds me of Care Parking's 'assumption' - being the exact word they used when rejecting my appeal, I was not in Aldi (despite receipt).

shopped at Aldi Preston on 19/04/2020 and returned to a windscreen PCN stating ‘Abused Patron Parking.’

So you've only had a windscreen PCN...but you have a POPLA code addressed to you as if your name is Mr Motorist?  Or have they sent a Noice to Keeper?

Or did you give your name and tick 'driver'?

Please explain exactly what they know, who has the POPLA code (Mr Motorist?) and what letters have arrived?

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I had no luck on the Land Registry as it wouldn't let me select the site for some reason (I tried the map view and address and assumed I was being stupid somehow)
This came up from Preston CC planning, from 1995
I've seen that Tyneside mentioned somewhere too, might have been in a FoI request somewhere
Thank you. Yes, Care Parking are acting in breach of the planning documents by not allowing customers off site and restricting parking to 2 hours. I found the FOI request for the Parking Eye agreement with Tyneside and submitted my own for the current documents relating to Care Parking. Feels like progress..
do you have a link to the docci  (FOI) stating those facts

    @Coupon-mad
I emailed appeals@careparking.co.uk and gave them my name (in response to 'who was the motorist?'), address, email and confirmed my Reg Number. (I'd forgotten I gave them my address until I checked the sent email just now). I received the appeal rejection back via email as a pdf, which contained the POPLA code. They have not sent anything through the post.

So it looks like I messed up pretty bad in that respect.

That FOI wasn't submitted by me, I found it while doing my own research. It sounds like 'A.Ship' was gathering info for an appeal/court case. Outcome unknown.

    yes Alec AKA parking prankster

now U actually wonder if that was rge "final" contract ? the reason being a: it states that they can bring legal action , and b: , I seem to recall a big kick off regardig councils issuing/taking people to CC over civil parking charges

perhaps someone can update me on those facts

if (as I suspect) councils were shopped from doing the above , then a: there would be a later contract and b: it would explain why there have been no court cases on this site

Interesting. Hopefully my new FOI request will answer some of those questions.
