Those courses have no stat place (the police just get a £35 fee) and theres no g'tee the info is correct. You can only do one course every three years, so either
- get a ticket forf the same offence, but after 3 years from the course date
or
- get a ticket for a different offence, such as the VSL motorway course - if they do one still

Hi can any one help with this situation. Got caught speeding on 19th May 2020 and only just got my letter with "conditional offer of fixed penalty (roadside). The letter with a date of 15th June 2020. Have i got ground to reject the notice and further more the registration mark stated in the letter is not the same one on the car, what advice can any one give thanks0
