Same thing happening here, not a big thing to have to do but really makes me sigh every time!

Same here, it’s happening multiple times each visit and is really irritating.  
I thought maybe it was due to the device I was using but is happening on both iPad and phone 🤷🏻‍♀️

Had noticed this happening every few days - yesterday / today its been every time I visited. Frustrating

Been happening for somewhere around a week for me I think. Came here to ask the same question and see i'm not alone.

I rarely use the forum on a mobile but when i do i log in anyway so it's no different to me. I've been noticing it on PC though. Thankfully the username and password fields are already filled in so i just click sign in and then yes or whatever it says and i've signed in again. It doesn't stop it being annoying though.

I was told by many of the regulars here that this forum is an improvement and that the old one was 'old' and 'needed changing'.

Ok...whatever.

As for when it does it to me, basically happens when i close the web browser down. I do a lot of tabbed browsing and this has no play on it but when i close the browser down and then open back up to access MSE again i'll need to sign in again.

Agreed. Most regulars think this has been a downgrade and a UI nightmare. By all accounts this isn't the fault of the forum software itself - more how MSE have used it or the version they bought/licensed.

I've changed my password to something much shorter/simpler. Not as secure but not as frustrating.

As the saying goes, buy cheap buy twice. There's no cost savings in doing that.
