I requested the information as per coupon-mads advice but had no response over 3 weeks after sending. I’ve received this morning a letter from Trace debt recovery saying my case has been passed to them and they want payment in full by 30/06/2020 or they could take the case to court. I presume best to ignore this until I hear back on my request?0

Yes , ignore trace
It's the parking company that issue court claims , even if it's by their solicitors2 -

Yes, dcas can be ignored. They cannot take the case to court if they do not own the alleged debt.
Have you complained to your MP?You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2 -
I haven’t complained to my MP as yet but will do.1
-
Does it say that, or is it an inaccurate summary?
Usually they say they will recommend .... nto that they will.1 -
It only says that they could take it to court nosferatu1001.0

There is a vast difference between "could" and "will", you need to be 100% accurate in these matters. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

So dont summarise a "maybe" into a "will happen" Note the difference!1

I didn’t! I said that they wanted payment by 30/06/2020 or they could take the case to court I never said they will. It was explained that Trace do not have the power to do this anyway.Appreciate all if the help.1

I’ve spoken to my MP on this and it appears he is helping. I’ve also spoken to BPA who were no use whatsoever! Just said that they didn’t break there rules which is ridiculous4
