Send the PPC's Data Protection Officer (DPO) an email (find their contact on PCL's privacy page - yes, they have one).

Ask for ALL images (including partial captures from ALL their cameras onsite) of your numberplate that day, because this is a case where the car went past and through the first leisure centre car park without parking, and must surely have been picked up by an internal camera positioned by PCL to exempt drivers continuing through to the nearby football pitch.

Tell the DPO that you require a list and images of all captures from all cameras, and if there are no other images, an answer to your data concern to explain whether they do indeed have a second set of cameras to exempt drivers traversing through to the local football pitch?

Then report them to the BPA, either for not having internal cameras to exempt drivers traversing through to the football pitch (where cars do can can park free) or for their failure to pick up your numberplate because you believe that their ANPR cameras are not suitably positioned.  How could they have missed the car, and you want the BPA to investigate because POPLA were worse than useless and believed the 'first in last out' images without question.

Also edit your first post. No declaring who the driver is. Just refer to "the Driver" and "the Keeper". No Names No Pack Drill.

No me/my/I, or She/Wife etc etc

Hi all, I haven’t heard anything back from the leisure centre as yet but they aren’t  open so it was expected. I have now received a final reminder from Parking Charge Ltd saying there’s no more opportunity to appeal and they could pass to a debt collection agency.
Can you please advise what to do? It’s really unfair as the driver never even parked where they are saying!!!!

How did you get on in following the advice given by Coupon-mad above?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

You won't get anything done via any telephone call to a PPC (other than pay them!).

But that very basic website does show something else - exactly what CM advised - the Privacy page, where there is a specific SAR section.

Just get on with what you were told , the advice on here is to ignore debt collectors and always has been , that advice never changes , so irrespective of how many you receive , our advice does not change

You want a cancellation by the landowner , or by a judge in court , you always have , you always will , hence why you strive for the landowner or gym cancellation

Meanwhile the SAR is an email to the DPO at the PPC. Not a phone call

Plus the complaint to the BPA is again in writing , not a phone call

Lastly , the landowner cancellation is again requested by emailing or writing

So I have no idea who you are phoning , we rarely tell anyone to phone somebody

Wow why would ANYONE try to phone a PPC?!  Glad you stopped.

final reminder from Parking Charge Ltd saying there’s no more opportunity to appeal and they could pass to a debt collection agency.
So what?  Sounds like you need to read the 4th post of the NEWBIES thread.
