 my thanks button on all threads/boards has vanished. This includes compliments on the competition boards. 
 Is this new, glitch or specific to me?

I wonder how much money MSE paid to get this new "IMPROVED" site up and running?

Not very money saving so far?

And still - after weeks of people pointing it out - there are several well-used boards where most of the pages are missing and so are becoming less than useful.  See https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6134193/only-one-page-of-threads-showing-saving-and-investment-forum for discussion there.

Can someone at MSE actually respond to these problems please.

On this board - which is for Site Feedback - but it seems the Site Feedback is just being ignored?
Perhaps it's being worked on, feverishly, by very competent people. 
But as no-one ever tells us, and nothing seems to be fixed, it's hard to tell.

Yes, moving to a new platform would cost money, and will have many teething problems. It will definitely save them money in the long run, rather than working with outdated software.
