Actually got the confirmation email Friday (17th) for one of our two applications (made same day). Is the account supposed to appear online once confirmed as open, as nothing showing yet on mine?0

86 days so far. Check was posted to NS&I on July 10th but spoke to NS&I today and they say it's probably in their internal backlog of ISAs to process. I asked them if they'd be honoring their obligation to pay interest from 15 days after the transfer request was received and they said I'd need to make a complaint, which I will now do. I will also be complaining to the Financial Ombudsman. NS&I should really be setting an example.2

Do people realize that we are going through a pandemic that have strangulated the entire world.
This is something that we have never seems before and I hope never to see again.
The virus have interrupted every thing that we as human took for granted and will continue for years to come - this is just the tsunami, the aftereffects are going to be devastating and we are nowhere close to it as yet.
So complain to the Financial Ombudsman, whose office I am sure was severely impacted by the virus just like NS&I

So complain to the Financial Ombudsman, whose office I am sure was severely impacted by the virus just like NS&IOther providers wisely closed to new business to serve their existing customers better.NS&I has been hit with a tsunami of transfers and applications let continues to attempt to portray business as usual.Hopefully all those billions actual reach HM Treasury and don't get diverted to Cummings Russian friends...0 -
