NS&I Junior ISA application problems

Received a letter today from NS&I.
To complete the Child Trust Fund transfer, Chorley needs a signature so I have to fill in some forms and return to NS&I and they will forward it to Chorley BS.

Anyone else still waiting?
Its been almost 40 days since I made the online request to transfer my daughters Child trust fund to the NS&I Junior ISA.

I got a letter last week from NS&I saying Nationwide needed my signature to confirm the transfer, so fingers crossed it's finally happening.  Total shambles of a service though!  For something that is meant to be an online transfer, I've had to fill in and return 3 separate forms to NS&I.

Got that same letter 13 days ago so you can  expect to wait at least another 2 weeks.

I transferred both my kids money from Santander to NS&I starting the process in April, after sending the signed authorisations over the Santander JISA was closed and transferred on the 27th May but has still not showed up in their NS&I accounts.  I did call them last week as I was getting a bit nervous and they could see the money in the accounts but I still can't.

Applied 03/05...just had letter through today saying they are requesting money from CovBS & will be complete within 2 weeks. So looking at 2 months all in....hopefully

At last!
Just received an email from NS&I to confirm the Child Trust Fund transfer has been completed.
Took a total of 74 days from start to finish.
