Hi CM , I have used your template and adapted it, and have now realised the procedure. 
Also added that I was only there for 11 minutes (thanks to nosferatu  and Redx)

Are you defending as an individual and admitting to driving then? 
DON'T admit to 'being there' 11 minutes.  On my experience half of OPS' photos show the car 'not there' (driving, not parked & not in a bay).

Then it was the Driver who was on the site for a period of time , not all of which was parking time or waiting time

Replaced with

The Driver , The Keeper , the Defendant , the Claimant the Company. Etc

This isn't O level English examination time , it's the time where ambiguity rules

Remove it.

 Never admit to how long the car was there in an OPS case because the photos don't show that, do they? 

And as Redx says, 'your' entire defence has to be written as the company, with you signing/dating under the statement of truth and adding your position (Director/Owner?)  and that you are giving this statement on behalf of the Defendant company.  I'm sure earlier in this thread we've already pointed this out?

Show us what you've added to the template defence so we can check.
