Parking ticket - One Parking Solution Ltd help with Defence County Court

I have been issue with a summons from One Parking Solution Ltd ( QDR Solicitors Limited ) for the total amount of £257.00 ( £182.00 + court fee £25 + Legal rep costs £50.00)
The fine was a car parked in a private car park. The photo shows I was there for 11 minutes. I believe it was because I could not find any parking due to limited space in car park.
I have already sent defence questionnaire stating I wish to defend claim but have not put reason above as they just sent photograph evidence yesterday.
Summons issued on 24 Feb 2020 and related to parking ticket issued on 19/12/2018
Any help would be really appreciated : )

It is not a summons , it's a small claim , from the CCBC in Northampton
The pictures are not of you , they take pictures of vehicles , not people
The time to put in a defence expired weeks ago , near the end of march
Are you sure the date of issue on the top right of the claim form is correct as detailed above ?2 -
Have you looked through the NEWBIES thread at the top of the board? That will guide you through what to expect, when, and give you sample defences to work with.
Also, did this "summons" (which it isn't, by the way, since this is a civil matter, not a criminal one) come from QDR or Northampton CCBC?
If the latter, what is the Date of Issue on the claim form? This will help us tell you when you need to submit your AoS and Defence by.
EDIT: Text I've struck through has been answered by Redx.4 -
13.1 The driver must have the chance to consider the Terms and Conditions before entering into the ‘parking contract’ with you. The amount of time in these instances will vary dependant on site size and type but it must be a minimum of 5 minutes.
Changes were made to the BPA Approved Operator Scheme's Code of Practice in October 2015. This established a Grace Period at the end of the parking period of 10 minutes for BPA AOS members, if the location is one where parking is normally permitted.
minimum of 5 minutes on entry and 10 mins at end or when leaving , those rules were changed on 2020 , above is from bpa code of practice 20184 -
You HAVE defended or you couldn't have got to DQ stage, if that's what you mean by 'questionnaire'? What exactly do you mean, which forms have you filled in and returned to the court?
YOU MUST have defended a February claim by about a month ago, surely. What did you put on the claim form as your defence or online using MCOL?
Is this in Sussex? Which car park?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Unfortunately, I can't recall this parking ticket which was issued over a year ago.
I would appreciate further evidence and a copy of the ticket , which would be of help in ensuring a fair defence.
The above in italics put in defence.
Then they sent me photographic evidence by email.

Oh dear. Oh dear.
You are going to have to apply to the court for permission to change that to a proper defence. Costs £100 using form N244, unless you qualify for help with fees (Google it) in which case it might be free for you if in a low income.
