There is still a signature against the item is a signature service is used.martindow said:
During covid I imagine there is a problem finding carriers who are taking the recipeients' signatures. How do people sending high value items (£750 at the moment) cover themselves?soolin said:Apparently the new limit after which a signature is required is £450 , although it is difficult to actually find without a heck of a search.0 -
They claimed one of my parcels after I accidentally printed off the same label and put it on two different boxes. Their system didn't pick it up and I went round in circles to basically be told that since I made a mistake they were allowed to keep my property. The parcel even had my return address on it so I thought at the very least they could have delivered it somewhere and sent me an invoice for the error.0
