It’s criminal really because they’re hoping you’ll just give up.

I’ve tried Many times a day, get the same robotic answers.0

At the end of the Holly robotic answers they give you the option usually if talking to someone via live chat, or they used to.1

I’ve tried that it just sends you round in circles. No doubt due to the current crisis they can’t cope.

I refunded a buyer for one of the missing parcels and she’s messaged me today it has turned up (so pleased with her honesty).
shes asking me what to do now, I.e. how she pays me again.

I am a business and keep warning sellers about Hermes at the moment.
Basically every single courier comes and goes to my business 100% no problem. We have a bell on our door and messages etc.
The Hermes (Probably 1 driver) does not attempt to deliver to my premises. The scan (Happened 4 times now) shows Business on Holiday. A complete lie and the lazy bar steward has probably been nowhere near my premises each time. This status tells you that you must "take action". However you cannot do anything to move the goods along.
Unfortunately I just warn every seller when i order at the risk to them of using these shysters.0 -

forgot all about this,
i never got anykind of reply from hermes, but i did get hold of someone from packlink
they raised a lost in post request with hermes
they found the parcel and ultimatly it was returned to me
buyer was great and really wanted it so sent it via royal mail and it got there a few days later
asked "jesus" @ paclink for a refund on the initial postage and got it
all in all a very troublesome experience and i have and will avoid hermes at all costs!0 -
When I have ordered something off Ebay then discover the seller uses Hermes it is just a matter of waiting until the item is overdue then apply for my refund through Ebay. Only once did they deliver to me 1 day late and only after a substantial load of stress caused to me and the seller.
I never knowingly order off anyone who uses Hermes.

Should have made clear in last post. The problems are not as a result of Covid19, it has been the same for years.
