On the weight front I’ve another lb, so that’s 6.5 now. Haven’t really been that focused on it so must try harder. But at least I’m 6.5 down, another lb will take me into next stone bracket so that shud spur me on. Picked up an Airfryer in Lidl this morning so looking forward to trying that out.  Grocery budget sorted out for the next 3 weeks to make sure I can save something out of that this month. £40 set aside for meal out in July if it happens, not sure I fancy going for lunch and a couple of drinks if I can’t use the toilet and if queues are going to be ridiculous.
All is going well, apart from 2 things have a really difficult job this week in work meeting customer requirements and managing to keep the amount of work realistic for employees to get through. Also have a large piece of machinery coming on Wednesday so things need to Be moved to accommodate that whilst trying to keep some level of normal output going and deal with sub contractors in and out, getting in the way.
Will just have to manage, struggling not to worry or think about it.

Second thing is struggling to motivate myself to do housework. Currently watching 4 beds, when it’s over I’m setting a timer on my phone for 45 mins and not coming out of the kitchen until the 45 mins is up and I’ve done some cleaning.
I do have a bottle of wine for later so that’s my incentive. I can only have it if I spend that 45 mins cleaning the kitchen.

    I sound positively mad lol

Nothing really to report, this is the boring time of the month for me when everything that can be saved has been moved across and bills paid. Just waiting now eagerly for payday so I can increase my balances. All the interest on my savings accounts including help to buy ISAS have dropped so it’s as well I wasn’t counting on saving anything serious from the interest. On a more random note, serious craving for roast potatoes at the minute. Bag of Maris pipers bought yesterday to make some.

Going to be an expensive couple of weeks.
Have 2 birthdays and a new baby present to buy, that will bring the gifts and Xmas fund right down but at least I have it now for these things.
Electric bill is in and needs paid £55.
My team have worked so hard I’m buying them a chippy on Thursday - saved money out of grocery budget for this prob £60/£70.
Lunch and drinks out on the 25th, will need bus fares from my £1 pot and then £60 approx. Have £50 saved up currently.
Need to be extra frugal now til the end of this month. Should make some savings on petrol allowance as we get 2 days hol week after next and I don’t plan on going anywhere extra so this can go towards the electric bill.

Feeling a bit meh today sis away for a week down south. Itching for a change of scenery myself.
Time to get over it, still in job thankfully and wages unaffected by Covid. This month I will surpass 5k deposit savings and legal savings have started.

Stressful morning, very nearly got ran over by a forklift truck! Bought niece and nephews birthday presents last night £70 out of gift/ Xmas fund. Also got a small Xmas present for sis to start her off. Just a new baby present to buy. Waiting for £30 work expenses to be paid which will probably go into my legal fund. Credit card no 2 has been repaid so now only one with an outstanding balance. Around £1100, £100 being sent to it on payday.
CC2 is now being used for groceries only and being repaid in full every month.
