Payday tomorrow, glad to see the back of a 5 weeker. I am going to have to spurge this month on some new work clothes, now I’ve been promoted and the world is coming back to business dress I can’t get away with wearing the tat I’ve been wearing for the last year! Car also needs serviced ASAP so need to be booking that in and thankfully have £ set aside for that. Going to be so busy with new tasks in work but feeling good, like I’ve got a new lease of life.0

That is really good to read Latanna
Where do you clothes shop? I am useless at it! and also need new clothes XXXXNevertheless she persisted.1 -
I really don’t know now where to go as it seems like it’s been a long time since I’ve been clothes shopping and tend to buy casualwear from ASOS. For work stuff I’m going to try H&M, M&S on Friday. Not sure if Dorothy Perkins and Wallis still exist but if they r there I’ll have a look in there too, prob Debenhams as well. Need some cardigans, tops, trousers and shoes!0

Did you get anything good?
I have resorted to Amazon.......Asos wouldn't work for me as I am a fatty so they never have clothes in my size.
Your savings totals are so impressive XXXNevertheless she persisted.0 -
Thanks Buffy, I’m def not on the skinny size myself but do find a few bits on ASOS. Managed to get a couple of tops in M&S, a cardigan and a pair of shoes. Just going to try and build up what I have buying a few bits each month. If I could also slim down a bit I’d have a fair few bits in my wardrobe I could wear. Was really sick all last week after the vaccine and that combined with starting my new job whilst still doing my old one, I’m exhausted. Hopefully get back on track with everything this week. The house and myself are both a mess.0

Oh Lantanna XX I hope when you read this you are feeling better. I should have got my vaccine already but am quite nervous and worried about being ill. Mum has had her tests now tho so will get on and book it.
Hope the week is ok for you XXX

I know a few people that have been ill after the vaccine, all in my age group. My mum and dad were both totally fine0

Finished book 5/12. Literally took me forever to read the last couple of chapters, every time I picked it up I fell asleep lol. I’ve had a real lazy weekend, weather has been grim. Having a bath later will probably be the height of any excitement today.0

Life is just mad at the minute, so busy in work. As usual everything else has fallen to the wayside. So glad it’s the weekend for a rest. Got mountains of housework to do though and going to have to do some work on Sunday to get ahead for the week. Tomorrow though is me, relaxation! Wish the weekends were longer!0
