I'd be surprised if anywhere will let you do this. Why not do what I suggested above and take the unopened games to Virgin or similar and exchange for store credit?

You wont be able to with any online retailer as you would need a refund against the whole order, they wont be able to split it.

High street retailers will only be able to offer credit notes or swaps on games (if they are offering it), you will only get a refund if you return the full purchase.
