I would think that tomorrow will see the price go down a slight bit as there are about 90 pages worth ending over the next 24 hours. Which means that there are around 4-5000 ending tomorrow.
Would imagine that the price will pick up again on Monday/Tuesday though!!0 -

Exactly, I learned to my cost that Sunday is NOT the day to have your Wii ending just got £225 couple of weeks ago on a Sunday (market always floods because for most sellers Sunday is the best day), I found much better on a Friday, I got over £260 on a strait auction with no reserve and a 1p start from an auction that finished last night. But the market will go back up, cos like i said before there is still not enough stock in the shops.0 -
Yet a couple of weeks back I saw a few go for around the £300 mark on a Sunday evening.
It's VERY difficult, if not impossible, to predict how people will bid on auctions.0 -
I'll not offer any prizes for anyone guessing who is selling (on e-bay) and who is buying for friends on this forum.
Thing about business is you need to make sure that you are not living in your own imaginery dream world, and see things for what they really are. If you think that selling a Wii on e-bay for £225 is good business, after paying retail price for them ... then you are MAD.
Forget the "profit" of £10 (after fees), work out how much it really costs you - time, packing, travel etc... Remember to think how much time you spend buying as well as selling if you are in the "Business"
But if you are a 12 year old... well done, youre doing well.0 -
FWIW, I'm buying for friends and family. My 'profit' is seeing the big smiles on their faces when I present them with a Wii that they've been trying to buy for ages.0

Does anybody have any idea of the timescale for nintendo to ship goods over to the UK?
I have family who get their stock for their business from china and it takes at least 28 days for their containers to ship, go through customs checks and be received.
If Wii's are the same.... which I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure I heard this last year as their reason for a shortage the latest blast of deliveries could well be the last we'll see before christmas now. Meaning ebay will be the only option for people who are desperate.
Last year my mum ended up waiting it out thinking january would see loads of stock, she didnt get one till Mid feb.0 -
