Looks like the WiiBayers bubble has finally burst!!!!

Find one for collection nearby and you could actually save money on the shop price.

First time that has happened for 2 months.

Be very surprised if this is the case, I sold one last night for over £260 on auction no reserve, not buy it now, on an auction ppl falling over themselves for it. And there STILL isn't enough stock in the shops, so wiibayers may be experiencing a little dip, but they will go back up again, because there just are not enough wii's to go round, well done Nintendo marketing department mission accomplished :T
  • that was a sarcastic well done to Nintendo by the way!

I know I wouldn't mind one, and I'm not a console type person iyswim? But we're on holiday before christmas so i,ll have to wait awhile. I have managed to get 2 for friends though, and have someone else after one now, I hope they are what they are cracked up to be lol
  • I think if these ebayers were clever enough, they would wait until next week for their auctions to finish as i feel that all the Wii stock at the moment will dry up big time in the next few days

To be totally honest I didn't know that, but there is a history of games consoles (and many other "must have" gifts) being mysteriously short on stock for Christmas, so may be I'm too cynical but I still think that the "shortage" is very very very good hype for Nintendo. Also if they wanted to make them faster than 1.4million I bet they could! This is enormous business and an enormous company?

  • This week has far been the best for Wii stock - ebay prices showing this but i was in Birmingham on Friday and there was the local news crew there and they were questioning shoppers on the Wii and they could not find them anywhere. The shortage is in the shops but no way as bad on the net.
