Have had an account with them since 2008 and all contact details etc.

Is this a business banking account or a personal account?

We applied for a BBL on our other business a few months ago

That could be an issue.   Where a director is named on multiple businesses, further checks are made to see if there are links.  If there are, you cannot get multiple BBLs.

This application is for a separate business ,different type of business, separate accounts with the bank so NOT a duplicate application.

That is not the criteria for separate businesses as linked businesses will have separate accounts with the banks.

instead we will lose everything - including the house and the farm which means the animals will be given away or destroyed.

Just checking that you are a limited company and not a sole trader or partnership?

We have been unable to receive any other government support

No CJRS?  (furlough)
