    Yes.
    It seems fairly obvious that they haven't taken your wages into account.
    But this would have been apparent on your award letter and it was up to you to tell them that they weren't using the correct information

    You need to send them what they've asked for.

    Initially I would ask for copies of all letters that they sent to you including your initial claim just so that you can see what information was actually used.
    If it is how it appears to be then you arrange a payment plan

     I have asked for all my info from day one . got a letter saying there will be a delay which I understand. This letter was sent out  on 12 of march . I have sent them a few wage slips as there have asked. Thank for all you help at the moment if I am in the wrong will I go to court

    Highly unlikely (I’d say no chance but never say definites)

    you’ll have to repay if it is indeed CA, but there won’t be court. There could be a fine, but agree a sensible repayment plan and I am sure that will do.

    my wife who has had 3 breakdowns in that period  she is sure I will go to court . hope not if its just to keep the wife calm

    Court is only usually a last option and only for the most serious cases of intentional benefit fraud
