I’m not aware of the form, and it may have changed in 9 years, but it didn’t say anywhere on it about earnings limits? I appreciate it was a hard time and you were encouraged into this by a crisis team, is your wife claiming the care element of DLA/PIP? (You just don’t mention that that’s all) just making sure you are indeed talking about carers allowance
unfortunately working full time means you will owe the carers back.1 -
The form should ask you what you work so i have no idea how you qualified either, if you were working full time..

If you receive Carer's Allowance, there is an annual letter to tell you how much it increases every April. The letter usually arrives in March. There is always a few pages, and it states that you must inform of any change in circumstances. There is also, I think, a paragraph that states how much you can earn each week before CA stops. If it is CA that you are claiming, you have a responsibility to let the CA Unit know if you are earning too much.2

I sent my wage slipps off when I filled the form in . My wife get 30 page form that I fill in about her doctors letter so why did there say something then0

This form I get for the wife is every 3 years0

You wouldn't need a doctors letter to claim carers allowance. You also don't receive a form every 3 years for carers allowance either. I have a feeling you're confused by 2 different benefits.

I think the form is if she is fit for work . What tablets she is on and a comment from the doctor0

What is the payment reference on the payments made to your bank account? Who is the letter you speak about in the OP from and what does it actually say.1 -
I am claiming carers allowance the letter says we have stopped your cares allowance payment. The further down it saysyou or your parter have been working. There know I work there have got my wage slips. I have sent for my right of access . if my wage slipps say what I have told you is that mistake on there side0
