    I so sent my wage slips off  when I first applied for cares allowance I was getting some thing like £400.20 a month

    Have you always worked 39 hours per week since you claim carers allowance? This will not qualify you for carers allowance if you did always work that much. Something doesn't add up here..

    sow so why did there give it to me in the first place when a get my info what I have asked for that will say the truth about how much and how many hours I worked

    They may well have made a mistake but they would have sent you an initial award letter stating the evidence used in making the decision.
    You would also have received a yearly uprating letter informing you of the the benefit Rises.
    These letters would have shown the information they used to make their decision and it would have shown all income taken into account.
    As the claimant it is your responsibility to check that the figures they have used are correct

    You say I should tell them if my circumstances change but there haven’t work the same hours pay the same

    The Carer's Allowance letter would have told you to notify them if you're earning went above x amount.
    That amount would have been the limit for earnings in Any Given year.
    Unfortunately the onus is on the claimant to ensure that they are claiming benefits to which they are entitled

    It makes no sense that DWP would have allowed you to claim Carers allowance in the first place, if they knew you were working full time from the start of the claim.
