Hi all not many plans for today. Was feeling good and then I got up from my chair and have done something to my knee. Can't stand on that leg! Silly.
Today:- -dinner - use up fresh meat, rest of week will be from freezer
- -lunch use up leftover rice from yesterday, will make egg fried rice I think with bits from fridge and freezer
- -do a load of washing, I really must as it's sunny out
- -some schoolwork with DD although I notice the teacher has started putting You Don't have To on the work as if she wishes the kids would just stop 🤣😂🤣
- -try to continue to stay level. Think my massive anxiety last week was partly hormonal boo but whatever the reason I want to keep feeling better. Very brief check of BBC news in morning and no reading the comments on anything.

Afternoon allHope your leg eases TryingAgain, and you haven't done anything serious to it.Sunny and warm this afternoon, but it was really cold last night and this morning! Despite that, I have put the climbing beans out, as they were getting ridiculously tall. I will have to cover them with fleece later.Other things:Usual 5 am or thereabouts dog walkWashed hair with shampoo bar, lasts ages, no plasticMore muesli used up for breakfast - this will be a recurring theme as it is quite a big bag. Nice not having to deal with porridge pans though! I usually switch to sugar free muesli in the summer as summer berries go better with it, but no berries yet.Cleaned upstairs, bathroom, main bedroom, landingLeftovers for lunchBathed reluctant dog, we aren't speaking nowCleaned bath again afterwards!Dinner will be sea bass fillets baked over hm ratatouille, courtesy of the freezer. Will do new potatoes and more veg with it.New dress I ordered arrived today, love it! Not cheap (or I don't think so! Came from Seas*lt) but as I don't buy new clothes very often I tend to get good ones and keep them for years. Much prefer to get them from charity shops or boot sales, but not possible at the moment.6

todays plan is as follows
5k steps on the treadmill = 1 episode of criminal minds to watch!
Ironing
make my bed
check bank accounts
sort mortgage out today (looking forward to this)
blitz kitchen
start packing for monkey boy.
best get up and get started. Hope everyone has a productive day.6 -

Morning all, much the same as yesterdays list to be honest!wash a load and hang on the line to dry (then put straight away - I'm refusing to do any ironing during lockdown so we're all choosing easy clothes!)

meal plan for the next few days

share bath water later, leave hair to dry naturally etc
Take care and I'll catch up with all your news later

Morning allLazy start for me, apart from early dog walk. Hopefully motivation will pick up as the day advances!I will put in a load of washing, sow some more seeds and make a start on the dreaded tax returns as I now have all the information needed. Lunch will be using up bits and pieces from the fridge, and sausages for dinner.5
