Well done everyone, you're doing great keep it up:T :T
It was my first payday today, of my new job, I only do 5 days 2 hours a day as a catering asst ( dinner lady! ) I got £136 as not a full month, but I haven't earned anything since 2001 so really chuffed, I have put it towards my savings ( can you believe it - savings ) as what I haven't had I won't miss, woman in the b.soc gave me 4 x £2 coins today too!! skint now as have decided I have got to save them & stop dipping into them all the time.
See, you get rid of the debt & you can't stop the money worrying, only now you are worried that you'll ever go back to being in such a mess!! There is no escape for an MSE'r:p
I hope you don't mind me still posting on here, as although not paying off debt now, still really want to get some money behind me - is it ok??
It's just Hubby will be taking a pay drop in July as his secondment ends & our fixed rate goes up in September, so will be really tight again & I want to keep a check on it this time.Comping again - wins so far : 2 V festival tix, 2 NFL tix, 6 bottles of wine, personalised hand soap, Aussie miracle conditioner

Of course your ok to keep posting Kizzy, i am not in debt as such, more a type of stoozer, but no good at it! I have enough in savings to cover my credit card bills, but their on 0% deals so i won't pay them off till i have to. I do this challenge as it encourages me to save and i love this board as it keeps me on the straight and narrow, especially as i'm on such a low wage. As of friday last week, i now need to be doubly careful! I handed in my notice at work, it was the right thing to do as i wasn't very happy and i want to focus on my change in career, however have not found a new job as yet. It looks like i may need to watch the pounds even more than so! However at least my state of mind will be happier!
Congrats on receiving your first wage, must feel good.:j Live on £4500, £2531/£4500:T 101 in 1001 (52/101):j:beer::j
