lol , well doneif they keep taking people to court and losing they will run out of cash pretty damn sharpish !!they should change their business model to one of a responsible parking company that seeks to do better than the proposed new CoP, where the cash is not generated by false assumptions about the outcomes of court cases and concentrates on the correct implementation of parking control in a fair and competent manner on private car parks with legal competent contracts in place (yeah right , I know)or just close up shop completely and try doing something useful and rewarding3

@Emmaloumarten89 - @Coupon-mad is absolutely trustworthy and is the stalwart of this forum. If anyone can help with your wish to seek revenge, she can. Please make contact with her. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Well done
I have read some of the issues regarding this company in the thread. I noticed that there have been complaints from businesses whose trade as been affected.
I have made comments on the consultation regarding over aggressive PPC's- That the landowner/leaseholder should be able to cancel their contract with the PPC at any time if the PPC is acting in such a way that causes detriment to their business.
- That the cost of appeal should be similar to financial institutions where the PPC are allowed so many free appeals and then at a rate of around £500.00 per appeal. This would mean that the costs of the single appeals service would be funded by the more aggressive PPC's.
- That there is a system in place to monitor hotspots.
In the consultation there were PPC's predicting that their will be terrible problems with parking if they cannot carry on their business in their usual fashion. I have even seen suggestion that they would like to see clamping return. They don't seem to realise the detrimental effect that they have had on the high street and other businesses.
