Meaningless in the context that the PPC's are going the same way as the dinosaurs, extinct. Meaningless when looking at the bigger picture.
I wonder how they think that complaining about the judiciary will help, it will not as we are now seeing judges dig deeper and pull out the flaws of the claims.
In real life (which PPC's don't live in) if you want to achieve something, you never bite the hand of those who you want to feed you. The judiciary is a closed shop
This week we have probably seen the start of something that all judges should do.
That is the court order from Oxford CC asking very loaded questions to a claimant who has already signed a statement of truth. We all know the route this is taking.
Recently, I spoke to a DDJ who has been very good to defendants. His answer was "I am here to see justice done" ... that is the clue with these dodgy claims and appeals will serve little purpose as Judges will turn a different corner.
That has been the result from the Salisbury appeal which as it turns out was rather a waste of time

Today's fish and chip paper is in the bin tomorrow.

I have nothing to declare, I am not representing a company; hence why I have not stated any affiliation.

There’s nothing exciting about parking law, although I appreciate that some dedicate a lot of their spare time to it (each to their own I guess).0

Whereas others are mean-spirited and only think of fleecing Joe Public to bolster their bank balances.
Was that what you were meaning?Jenni x8 -
Indeed, and take great joy in doing so, because the parking firms contribute nothing positive

I do hope that this spat will not waste any more reading time. I will say though, this OP denies he is a parking company yet many posts ago he said he signs the claims ?
My question is, are these claims the ones that attract the bumble rent a droid who is sent to court?
