Apologies - I thought you'd started this thread. (You post a lot so it's not an unreasonable mistake). My point still stands though ... everyone can learn something new every day.

I'm aware of things such as controlled parking zones, and traffic regulation orders - which i suppose you could state are parking laws, but whn it comes to private paring companies there is no such thing as pakrking laws,just a minefield of rules made p by the industry and arbitary dealines - also made up by the industry.

 I once paid a PPC ticket, the second time i did a llittle digging into private parkng - lurked on here  a little and have never paid one again. I still feel anoyed that i once paid, if i can stop or help stop others making the same mistake, or even get something back for their troubles the better.

Personally, I think engaging further on this thread is pointless. I am not saying that I will ignore a particular poster as I believe that may be against forum rules. 
I am saying that I believe it is a waste of time to respond; time that could be better used elsewhere.
