To take this further you need legal advice ... perhaps see if you have a local solicitor with suitable experience who might do a free 30 minute consultancy? Or contact CAB for an appointment to discuss this? It is highly unlikely that anyone on this board will be able to give you the advice that you need. (Anyone can give you the advice that you want, but that won't necessarily be helpful).most lawyers firm are presently closed due to the pandemic crisis2

Maybe because presently the world is very far to be perfect...It's not me who removed this document from my case resulting in documents biased perverting the Court of Justice.I guess this is due to corruption doubled with hypocrisy....-2 -
It could be corruption, or a conspiracy by the lizard people, but I suspect it is neither of these is it? Did they tell you why it was removed? Did you ask why it was removed? What did they remove?1

Why would people good enough to ask questions to try to elicit something other than riddles from you start contacting courts or ombudsmen when you haven't the decency to provide full information in the first place?
I'm starting to see why the solicitor didn't want to take you your case on...8 -
Since you wish to avoid answering a straight question despite being asked repeatedly I shall bow out at this point and leave you to it.
A bit of a shame as I had an idea what may have been a solution, but that was your choice.
Best of luck8 -
You see : corruption and hypocrisy can seriously affect people logic....I guess some of you urgently need to read(at least) the following book :
Untouchables: Dirty cops, bent justice and racism in Scotland Yard (Bloomsbury Reader) Paperback – 9 April 2012
by Michael Gillard and Laurie Flynn.
Thanks in advance to not ask me the "reason they wrote this book"....I don't want to detail the case (in order to avoid virtual conflict) but since some people were insisted... :After I've been assaulted the police officer who was supposed to investigate tried to cover the crime and later lied to CICA saying that I didn't cooperate with her/the police. The document removed from my case by HMCTS contained a print of all my emails exchange with the police officer and obviously demonstrating the officer provided wrong statements to CICA.And the police didn't stop there...-3
