Natwest closed my account and can't provide any information why I they did so all I was using it for was to pay my loan with them and I always paid it on time and never had any large amount of money coming in or out.
No fraud as well.
What are my options to fight their decision ?

If your only use for the account was to repay your loan, why do you want to "fight their decision" to close the account?
Do you still owe them money? (It sounded as though you had paid it off a while ago.)
Was there a credit balance on the account? If so, what has happened to that?0 -

It seems weird out of nowhere to have my account closed ... what is happening with the loan and my positive balance and how can i appeal and find more information why this happened.0 -
Have they given 60 day notice of closure? If so move the balance to another account before the closure date and get a direct debit set up on the other account to cover the loan repayments.0

Also notice that a person that's living in the same place with me which is with natwest also had their account also closed.0 -
NatWest seem to be closing random accounts left, right and centre these days.0

Debt free - finally finished paying off £20k + Interest.1 -
If you've got any other accounts with the RBS group they'll get closed too. You'll likely get a follow up letter giving you notice and informing you of your next steps.
It won't explain their actions, but likely to tell you to bring proof of ID to branch (although may have changed re CV19?) and you'll be asked to sign a request for your funds, 'if you'd like to claim them'.
It can take 60 days or longer to get your funds... if you're innocent.
