By looking at their Data Privacy page for the DPO email address, just like the NEWBIES thread post #2 tells you (where that Legal Beagles link came from).  You need to read post #2.

Loads of them and we always win them.  Gladstones solicitors are uselss with evidence, and the ANPR images will be used but who cares?

and whether they have had enhanced CCTV footage used against them in court. I do not know who was driving my car at the time (I've never even heard of Brockholes in Preston) but I'm worried this might affect someone? 

If you are certain that PWE didn't comply with the POFA then you are not liable anyway, and a windscreen with light reflecting off it won't be able to be 'enhanced' to show the driver's face anyway.  That idea did make us laugh!

Also are they allowed to keep my data even though they have no evidence of who the driver was?

Yes and there will be a court claim, and you will win quite happily.

There you go, complain to that email address and send a copy of the letters you have and ask them to cancel it and are they still using ParkWithEase, and if not, why not?

I have complained to Brockholes and asked them to cancel the charge. I have also sent a SAR to PWE. Is there anything else you would recommend at the moment? I would prefer to get this cancelled now if possible.

I have also asked Brockholes why they say that 3D Parking manages their car park, but Park With Ease have been chasing me. And if they are no longer using PWE, why not?

Landowner cancellation is your only shot of getting this cancelled now.
