WOW That was quick, CASE STRUCK OUT as the idiots Gladstones didn't file copes of anything to the judge just sent the file to their advocate! She was spluttering and asking for extra time, the judge said it very clearly twice. She said they would appeal but Im hoping this is the end of it!
Thanks SO MUCH to everyone who commented and gave me help, I can't tell you how relieved I am!!
Final Question: Is it too early for wine??  :D

Great news and you are right, Gladstones are idiots ?  Incompetence rules again ?
What is amazing that UKCPM keep using this incompetent bunch ?
Where was the advocate from ?

Enjoy your wine, it's a lockdown treat
UKCPM must be getting a really sweet cheap fees deal with Gladstones.

G's are nothing like the solicitor we use for Mrs MbW's visa applications - ours is a Super Lawyer (apologies for the Americanism).

Before they collapsed and the senior partner went to jail I used to use a highly respected firm with several branches in the lovely Thames Valley.  Aforementioned senior partner, with whom I was on good terms, used to charge £400 an hour.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Bit in Bold: Just for clarity & future reference, I think you mean the SRA - SAR is what you send to the DPO at the PPC for the data they hold on you  ;)
    Apologies, of course SRA :o
