Someone put one together in 2019, it will show up in the results of 'Jack Chapman signature'.
We can't search any quicker than you can. If I knew which user posted it I'd have said, but it needs searching for. We can't just show it to you just like that, we know it exists though and we know a search will find it.
Same with Summary Costs Assessment pages (signed and dated). There is an example that can be found with one click, in the thread by @Chefdave and I can tell you that chelostar who just won her case, claimed this by way of her time, as I already said, the LiP rate is £19 per hour for everyone:Stationary, printing, photocopying and postage: £10Research, prep etc., (20 hours at Litigant in Person rate of £19 per hour) £380PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

WOW That was quick, CASE STRUCK OUT as the idiots Gladstones didn't file copes of anything to the judge just sent the file to their advocate! She was spluttering and asking for extra time, the judge said it very clearly twice. She said they would appeal but Im hoping this is the end of it!
Thanks SO MUCH to everyone who commented and gave me help, I can't tell you how relieved I am!!
Final Question: Is it too early for wine??

Well done, great news. 👏.Final Question: Is it too early for wine??I'm sure DPD will be cracking open his (first of the day) bottle of Blue Nun in celebration, so why not you? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
