I am glad you came back now, though!

Please now make a real difference - A TASK FOR SEPTEMBER.

The Government is (this month only) consulting about a new statutory code of practice (CoP) and framework to rein in the rogue parking firms.  Read and comment on the draft CoP proposal and the enforcement framework consultation, and get everyone you know to do the same.

You will need to register to comment on the CoP and enter an occupation even if you are retired or a homemaker, but otherwise it is easy to navigate, and comment upon each section/subsection individually. You can save comments to edit later and or submit comments once you are happy with them.

    https://standardsdevelopment.bsigroup.com/projects/2020-00193#/section

You do not need to register to comment on the enforcement framework which can be found here. It has a link on page 5 to make comments.

Please be heard.  You can bet the hundreds of PPCs will be commenting.

No apologies for repeating this vital 'call for action' to consumers, on every thread this month!

  • Just to update. It has now been 16 weeks since my CSA complaint. QDR had 8 weeks to respond. I have had no contact from QDR, ZZPS or CEL (who by the way appear to have changed their 'name' from Civil Enforcement Limited to Civil Enforcement Services)

Thanks for all your help guys. Ill be back if anyone decides to get in touch, but under CSA guidance and advised by them the deadline for response was 8 weeks and they have failed to justify further action.

What?  This is important - where do you see that?

No, still known as Civil Enforcement Ltd -

Their website has always been ce-service.co.uk
  • Someone posted a letter on a site i follow asking for advice. All correspondence I got were titled with a Civil Enforcement Limited logo and the letter on the thread it was the same logo without the limited below it. I thought maybe they had a name adjust for tax purposes. As Keith said they still reg'd as Ltd just dropped it from their logo by the sound of it...

But you said they had added the word Services to their name.
