Ignored from day 1

I know theres the newbie thread which I have read. Currently at scaremongering stage from zzps. Civil enforcement issued the PCN initially and I ignored them from the get go AS i heard there were basically cowboys. Since My then I found this forum and it is obviously too late to appeal. They never even sent any evidence. Is there any other course fo action to take or should i carry on ignoring and when it gets serious and request proof of issue evidence etc to contest it then.
TIA

A SAR would be a good idea , as the newbies thread tells you
It also tells you to complain to the landowner or managing agent1 -
Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP., it can cause the scammer extra costs and work, and in some cases, cancellation.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the enacted
Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

To make it clear, you are going to lie to a court by denying you received a letter even though you have stated on an open forum that you have received the PCN. Also you have ignored sound advice from one of the longer serving members of the forum. The NEWBIE sticky is there for you to read, the SAR is the way forward, good luck with your plan.3

But how to make a SAR without calling them. They have no email address for contact only a phone number and appeals link on their page (to be done within 28 days) I do not disagree with making a SAR just its clear in the forums to not make contact via phone. Don't get me wrong i wish I found this forum first off and initially appealed but I didnt0

The email for a SAR is on their privacy page , so use the SAR template and add 2 redacted copies of recent utility bills as proof of I D under the GDPR , no phoning anyone at all , email it to their DPO
No you are not correct , the court claims do not come from the courts , that system changed years ago
Almost all of the Court claim form packs are sent by the CCBC in Northampton4 -
If you take the time to read the NEWBIE sticky you will find that you submit a SAR by sending an e-mail to the DPO of the PPC. The e-mail address can normally be found on the privacy page of the PPC's web site. Foe advice on acronyms, refer to NEWBIE sticky fifth post. A SAR is not an appeal, it is a Subject Access Request for all the data they hold on you and your vehicle. The PPC has 30 days to respond to your submission.3

Go to the 'Your Information' section of this webpage, and fill yer boots! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

apeshifter said:But how to make a SAR without calling them. You can find out where to send the SAR by email, by looking on the Parking firm's PRIVACY webpage, telling you where to send a SAR or any 'data concerns' to their Data Protection Officer (DPO).I know for sure that CEL's Data Protection Officer's email address is in the privacy page of their website.3
