Then the judge basically tells me he's come to a decision and almost advises me not to say anything, he says he's sure I can see where he's going with this but if I had something I wanted the court to hear I could speak - I took his lead and said I was fine thank you very much! 

I cannot even believe it - after all this stress I have gone through I didn't even have to argue my case in the end, the judge basically did it for me in questioning their claim! Then the costs on top! He could clearly see how ill prepared they were and how it wastes everyones time - and said this!!  

I love it when a Judge makes it obvious he is with you!   Sooo much better than your earlier Judge.

CONGRATS!  ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!

Just wanted to add on here that the parking company's solicitors paid me the money via bank transfer with no issues! 

So all closed now thankfully
