Well, that plan didnt work! I walked to the allotment, but it started raining on the way. I checked the weather app, and it was going to be raining for a while & it was quite heavy by the time I got there, so I turned back 🙁 needless to say, it's not raining now! 😂 
DD2 got the washing in, and I have given the bathroom a quick blitz. I think I am done for today.

Tomorrow I will go early, if the weather is ok.....

I am feeling quite loved.  Just been to the chemist and local little supermarket and said hello to my old cleaning lady (she retired years ago but still comes to look after my cats when we go away).  As I was getting back into my car she came rushing out of the shop with some Lily of the valley for me.  It's tradition here to offer it for good luck on May 1st.  I was so touched.  She was absolutely delighted when I had sent her a card for Easter, I don't do religion but I know Easter is very important to her and normally I would have been to see her for a chat and to ask her to look after the cats at Easter.  So now enjoying a late pudding as I treated myself to a chocolate mousse.  It really doesn't take much to brighten someones day.  

Still not much flying done but banking and finances checked.

Afternoon!
Late on today as we didn't get up till 11 whoops! I have cleaned most of mine & kids bathrooms just need to clean the window and vac in the kids then scrub toiled once cleaner has had time and clean inside my shower (only way to really do it is when in there showering as it's a tiny cubicle so will do when I shower later)

Had to go to the chemist for all our prescriptions, there was a problem with ds' as always! queuing in the rain isn't much fun but looks like I will have to go again tomorrow/friday for the missing item.

We're doing one of those 'people holding a word which makes a phrase' things in Y1.  Put make up on. Had photo taken.  Emailed photo to a parent of a Y5 child.  Oops!  Have made HM jam.  Am enjoying Repair Shop and looking forward to Sewing Bee.  Am pondering tomorrow's list.

Just checking in quickly, been feeling a bit fed up the last couple of days but thats the way it seems to go at the moment.  Managed to get some washing dry before the rain today, spag bol for tea (I had mushroom rissotto).

Stupid laptop.. third time trying to post.. I'm fed up now..
I have a perscription waiting to be collected too.. and it can stay there.. I am on childcare duty when DD1 pops the mini-beast.. she is due Friday.. so I'm taking no chances! I need to bag up the knitted bits and the baby's bunny too.. can't have a baby without a bunny!

DS is bored so tidied the backroom.
OH FINALLY moved the table.. DS1 asked if I wanted anything doing and I said the table needed moving to the back room.. 5 seconds later OH did it.. not I know how to get him to do my bidding!

I am bored so I decided to tidy the girls room.. I managed to put away 3 toys, filled 2 binbags of rubbish and found 4 boxes of books to be rehomed.. I will put them out the front next time it is decent weather with a 'please take me' note.

I have the kitchen, back room and bathroom clean and tidy.. I have the girls room next on my hit list.

I have 6 more bookcases to sort but there are some adult books.. not rude ones!!.. I want to fling too. OH has a pile of books next to the bed which are getting on my nerves being piled up and messy so I will get him to organise those as soon as possible. I am becoming increasingly intolerant of clutter.. this is a very good thing!

I've done 2 loads of washing, dried oone load and a load through the TD. 3 runs of the DW and folded and put away 2 loads of dry stuff.. I need space! We are drowning in gubbins!

Morning all

I was awake at 4 but managed to go back to sleep so feeling less zombified this morning! DH worked until ridiculous o’clock last night and is already back at it this morning... while he was working I made good use of my time. I did meal plan, shopping list and then went to the shop so that’s out of the way. Also cleaned the utility room, downstairs loo and mopped the floors in there so that’s off the list for this weekend.

Today is paid stuff again, wm is swishing so will peg it out before I start... although it is clouding over as I type so not sure about that! Just having a quick cuppa and then will fly around and get my dailies done, dishes to put away and yesterday’s laundry to fold.

I have been awake a little while, put on the WM & gone back to bed with a cuppa. I aim to get to the allotment at around 9am, before the rain arrives again.
I am quite chuffed with myself as I made sure the DW was loaded, WULTD and s&s the kitchen before bed!

Check bank accounts & emails 
Hang out washing

Document sitting on the side in the kitchen filed away.  
Prescriptions picked up yesterday put away.

Now having coffee and going to look on the internet for sewing ideas, DD2 has asked for something to keep her cutlery in when she goes to work as it goes in her bag dirty to come home and is making a mess.  Thinking some sort of roll might work.

Good morning all,
It’s into work day today, so I have made myself sort of presentable and stashed some food in case I am still there until after lunch. Just the coffee to make, so that I don’t have to use the communal kitchen.

After work yesterday I stripped and remade our bed and loaded the wm.  That is now twirling, but the washing will have to hang indoors before I leave, as it is raining.  GI - I’ll keep hold of the rain as long as I can, to give you a chance to get to the allotment!

Yesterday evening, a friend texted to say that she had got a Mr T delivery slot, and did I want to add to it - but there were loads of slots.  I logged on, and there they were! I don’t know whether the pooter had had a glitch, but I bagged a delivery for next week. 

I had a text late last night from DD to ask me to wake her up “early” this morning, so I presume that she has an online lesson to attend.  She is horrid in the morning at the best of times, so I will shout and rapidly retreat.
